If there is a violation of these Business Principles, employees are advised to report their concerns through their usual reporting channels, such as local management lines or designated contacts like confidants or complaint desks. Management reporting is the recommended and quickest course of action, ensuring an open and supportive work environment throughout Renvoi.

If employees believe that local reporting channels are not appropriate or effective, they may resort to using the Renvoi Misconduct Reporting Procedure (also known as the Whistle-blower Procedure) as a last resort. However, this option should only be used as a last resort. If an employee files a good faith complaint, all concerns raised under this procedure will be treated with strict confidentiality, and there will be no retaliation against any employee who reports a concern.

The company will ensure prompt investigation of all reports and take necessary corrective actions to address any issues. While the Misconduct Reporting Procedure allows for anonymous reporting, disclosing the identity of the complainant can significantly aid the investigation process. Regardless, all complaints filed in good faith will be treated with complete confidentiality and without fear of retaliation.

Renvoi supports United Nations Global Impact and upholds and aligns with the ten principles related to human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption. In particular, we adhere to the labor-related principles set out in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, which include the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, the eradication of all forms of forced or compulsory labor, the effective abolition of child labor, and the elimination of employment and occupation-based discrimination.

We have made a commitment to integrate the principles of the Global Compact into the strategy, culture, and daily operations of Renvoi, and therefore consider the ten principles as an integral part of our Business Principles.

Renvoi acknowledges its accountability for external relations, and endeavors to abide by the Business Principles in all its engagements with candidates, suppliers, customers, and other business associates. The company encourages active communication with stakeholders in the world of work.

While the Business Principles serve as our minimum standards, it is imperative that we comply with all applicable laws, internal policies and procedures, and human rights principles. No employee is authorized to violate them. In case of conflict between the Business Principles and local law, the latter must be followed while striving to act in accordance with the spirit of the Business Principles. Detailed outlines of some of the Business Principles will be provided in separate Renvoi Policies and Procedures as required.
