safety during job
search
Ensuring the safety of our candidates during their job search process is our foremost concern at Renvoi. Despite our best efforts, it is possible for some enthusiastic job seekers to inadvertently fall prey to common job scams. To maintain the highest level of integrity, our recruitment consultants follow a well-defined process. Our aim is to assist individuals and companies in achieving their full potential. As a human-centric organization, we consider it our responsibility to enlighten job seekers and provide them with a clear understanding of what a typical job search journey entails.
what is a job
scam?
Scams related to recruitment frequently feature fraudulent online job postings on social media platforms and unreliable job portals, offering high-paying and lucrative employment opportunities. Individuals can also fall prey to such scams through unsolicited text messages or messages received via Facebook and WhatsApp, advertising non-existent job vacancies.
Fraudulent job recruiters may request that victims provide personal details such as their phone number, or transfer a small amount of money as a prerequisite for securing an interview or to obtain further details regarding the bogus job offers.
be aware of illegitimate offerings.
If you receive an offer from renvoi@gmail.com or its variations, please disregard. Renvoi only uses @renvoi.xyz extension to send emails for all sorts of communication.
our standard
recruitment process
Every individual processed by Renvoi is required to go through a formal interview process with both Renvoi and the companies we represent, before being considered for any potential employment opportunities. Our standard recruitment process involves a formal email communication from a Renvoi email ID, as well as phone conversations or in-person/virtual meetings between the recruiter and the candidate. These interactions are aimed at understanding the candidate's career goals, managing interview expectations, and negotiating compensation and benefits.

Please note that Renvoi will not be held responsible for the actions of fraudulent recruiters or any false promises made by them regarding job offers. Any candidate who chooses to engage with such recruiters does so at their own risk and expense.

be aware of online
hiring scams
Social media and messaging platforms are the newest channels used by scammers.
They come in different styles and forms, so always stay vigilant!
real job vs fake job
There are certain indications that a job advertisement or communication may be fraudulent if they are conducted by someone who is not a Renvoi employee:

-
Requiring payment before any job interview or medical check-up for administrative reasons
-
Confirming job offer before a face-to-face job interview
-
Having a vague job description, poor use of English language, incomplete sentences, or obvious spelling errors
-
Lacking a Renvoi email address (@renvoi.xyz)
-
Limited communication channels, such as only social media or messaging services (e.g., Whatsapp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook Messages)
-
Offering a job that seems too good to be true

We recommend that individuals avoid following and/or unfollowing unsolicited Facebook groups that advertise fraudulent jobs. It's also suggested that individuals do not respond to fraudulent job ads on social media channels or opportunities on cross-platform messaging services. It's never safe to share personal or individual banking information with anyone you don't know.

If you've encountered a fraudulent job ad on a cross-platform messaging service or social media network, received a fraudulent job opportunity from an individual or organization, or become a victim of a job scam, we advise you to file an official report with the local police immediately. By filing a report with the authorities, you're helping us raise awareness of job scams and protecting your family and friends from falling victim to them. Please provide the police with all the available information, including:
-
The sender's name, mobile number, and email address (if any)
-
A copy of the fraudulent job advertisement
-
Your communication exchange with the individual or organization
-
The banking remittance slip (if payment has been made)

At Renvoi, we don't tolerate any illegal activities carried out by individuals or organizations, as per the local laws. If you're unsure about a job advertisement, we recommend that you contact the Renvoi offices directly to verify the job advertisement or email us.
